Today is the twenty-fifth day of 28 days of daily paintings that will drop first thing each morning. Each day, I’ll tell a little bit about my story as an artist and how it makes me who I am. I hope in sharing these little pieces of my heart, you will know how much painting means to me.

While our kitchen was being gutted, I had a huge art purge and sold over 60 paintings in two days. It was an extreme blessing to our family! Just as I was mailing out all the paintings, 18 of those purchased paintings were stolen by a porch pirate, making my life just a little more difficult. Because I have the most gracious clients, I was able to repaint quite a few of the stolen pieces. Beauty came from ashes.
