Today is the fourteenth day of 28 days of daily paintings that will drop first thing each morning. Each day, I’ll tell a little bit about my story as an artist and how it makes me who I am. I hope in sharing these little pieces of my heart, you will know how much painting means to me.

I had been teaching kids how to create for a large chunk of my adult life, and I thought I should dip my toes into the online world of painting tutorials. I painstakingly posted a one-off abstract floral painting class, and amazingly, I was introduced to my most lovely internet friend, Dawn McVey in the process. She had taken the course and was telling everyone about it, which was such a huge blessing to me. After all this time, I actually get to meet Dawn **in person** for the first time this year! All because I posted an online painting course. ❤️❤️❤️
