Today is the fifteenth day of 28 days of daily paintings that will drop first thing each morning. Each day, I’ll tell a little bit about my story as an artist and how it makes me who I am. I hope in sharing these little pieces of my heart, you will know how much painting means to me.

I was slowly starting to understand the art of the collection. I began releasing new collections every month or two. Portrait collections. Circular floral painting collections. Collections of poppies. Collections of storm clouds. My entire creative life would become consumed with each collection as I created, photographed, and marketed each new release. Some would do incredibly well. Some would fail miserably. But this is when I finally became comfortable calling myself an artist.
